Return & Refund Policy

At Glow for Filth, your skin’s satisfaction is our top priority—but due to the intimate nature of skincare, not everything is returnable. Please review the policy below before placing your order.


🕒 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Returns must be:

  • In original, unused condition

  • Unopened and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Email glowforfilth@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
Returns must be approved before shipping anything back or they will not be accepted.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare or beauty products

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

If you have a concern about a specific product, contact us—we’ll do our best to help.


🧴 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email glowforfilth@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery and include photos. We’ll make it right, doll.


🔁 Exchanges

Need a different product? The quickest way is to place a new order after your return is approved.


🇪🇺 EU Customers

If you’re in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period by law. You may cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days—so long as the item is unopened and unused.


💳 Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll inspect it. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
