Glow for Filth allows customers to cancel eligible subscriptions and pre-orders prior to fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer available and returns must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Darling, sometimes the vibe changes — and we get it. Whether you’re switching up your subscription, canceling a pre-order, or returning something that didn’t slay, here’s how to cancel with grace (and a touch of glitter).


🔁 Subscriptions

When you subscribe to a Glow for Filth fave, you’re signing up for repeat deliveries of fierce — on your terms.

  • You pick the frequency and duration. We handle the rest.

  • Your payment info is stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically for each glow-drop — unless you prepay.

  • Some subscriptions auto-renew. Don’t want another round? Cancel anytime, no drama.

  • Need to change it up? Your confirmation email has all the links to manage or cancel your subscription like the boss you are.

✨ Pro Tip: You can cancel or update your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Easy, breezy, never greasy.


⏳ Pre-Orders

Pre-order = securing that glam before anyone else.

  • You might pay upfront, drop a deposit, or just save your payment method for later — depends on the product.

  • Once it’s in stock and ready to sashay your way, we’ll ship it and charge your payment method accordingly.

  • Wanna cancel a pre-order before it’s fulfilled? Go right ahead, boo.

  • If it’s already been shipped — we’ll need to go through our returns process to issue a refund. See our Returns Policy for the tea.


🛍️ Try Before You Buy

Test the glam before you commit? We love a no-strings situation.

  • We’ll authorize your payment method when you order, but we won’t charge you yet.

  • You’ll have a set window to live with the product and decide if it belongs in your glam squad.

  • If you don’t send it back within that window — we’ll go ahead and charge the full price. (It’s only fair, babe.)
